Does the AI do eye tests?

No. Eye tests are done by your optometrist or doctor. The AI Lens Advisor only reads the saved prescription and the customer’s daily use, then suggests lens types, index, coatings and in-stock frames for your staff to discuss with the customer.

Does it work with our lab?

Yes, with any lab. Job cards go out on WhatsApp or email as a clean order sheet with powers, PD, fitting height and frame details. Labs that offer an order API can be connected on the Progressive plan.

Can we manage two branches?

Yes. Each branch keeps its own frame wall, lens stock and counter, while customer eye records, job cards and reports can be seen across branches by the staff you allow.

Is customer data private?

Eye records are treated as health data. They are encrypted, visible only to staff roles you authorise and never sold or shared for advertising.

How long does setup take?

Most single stores start billing on the first day. Frames and lenses can be imported from a spreadsheet, and old customer powers can be added as customers return.

What happens after the 30 days?

You choose a plan and keep all your data. If you do not continue, you can export your customers, eye records and stock before the account closes.
